Cogs

Cogs otherwise referred to as Suits are the main antagonists and video game baddies of Toontown.

In a similar vein as the main villain of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Judge Doom's, motivation in destroying toontown to create a highway, The Cogs rival the Toons being dull and boring robots obsessed with business who want to overtake and turn toontown into a corporate wasteland.

The Cogs can either be found roaming the various streets in lanes of toontown or inside cog buildings and hqs of each cog's desinated cog type (originally four being Sellbots, Cashbots, Lawbots and Bossbots). However, a pattern in other tto fan servers and especially in ttcc, are new fan-made cog types which in TTCC's case are the Boardbots.

Also exclusive to TTCC as of rn was the 1.3 Hires and Heroes update from November 18th of 2022 where about 16 new manager cogs were added as bonus boss content after completing the mainline task of every main location through the kudos board which is what surged main popularity for TTCC as a fanserver and differentiated it more from others after the game's first major changes from the 1.1 CLO update.
